A perfect destination all year round, with a temperate climate and prices that are refreshingly good value. The little island of Malta lies in the heart of the Mediterranean sea, just below the Italian island of Sicily and to the north of Tunisia in North Africa. The island's many foreign rulers have shaped its appearance today, making it an enchanting and educational architectural showcase. The island has two official languages; Maltese and English, so there are no communication barriers to overcome.
