For 2009, Club Europe is pleased to offer any group that books with us (until the end of October 2008), an exciting new product called the CD2E made by Roland. The CD-2E is an easy-to-use, high quality digital recorder, ideal for recording students’ live performances.

The perfect tool for a touring group

Roland Cd-2E Once you have booked your tour, we always ask for a recording of your group to send to potential concert venues abroad. The CD-2E is ideal for recording your group at a rehearsal or a concertjust hit record and conduct! Whilst on tour, you can create a high quality souvenir for all of your musicians and their parents.

Multi-Tour Bonus

If your school takes two tours** with Club Europe in the same year, or if you have two coaches on the same tour**, the discount for each group/coach will be £75.

Loyalty Bonus

For party leaders who have travelled with Club Europe in the past three years, a discount of £50 per tour** taken during this period, up to a maximum of £150, will be given to your group.

Introductory Bonus

If you introduce a new leader to Club Europe which results in a booking, we will credit your next tour** with a £75 introductory bonus.

Leader’s Family

The following discounts** apply to the immediate family of the person signing the booking form: On coach tours: Two leader’s children at 50% of tour cost, Leader’s partner at 50% of tour cost plus adult supplement. On air tours: Max of two children at 10% reduction plus leader’s partner at child rate.

**Applies to tours of four days’ duration or more with 40 full paying people per coach.

Our musical expertise

At Club Europe, we pride ourselves on a fully qualified and practicing team of musicians who will take care of your tour, from beginning to end.

We know what makes a concert tour special and we understand the importance of having a large, appreciative audience at each concert.

With each tour that is booked, we complete a Concert Profile document that will establish what your musical requirements are. We will ask you for information regarding:

Your repertoire; what you will perform whilst on tour
Technical equipment you may use
What you hope will be the highlight of your tour
What you would like us to avoid
Rehearsal space and time you wish to have
Interesting ‘selling points’ of your group

Our aim is to provide you with the best concerts we can organise and this often depends on how well we know your group. Our Concert Profile ensures that from day one, we understand what you and your group hope to get out of your concerts abroad.
