Tour Managers required
Club Europe Holidays employs Tour Managers on an ad-hoc basis, accompanying school and youth ensembles on tour in Europe. Concert tours run all year with the busiest periods being during the spring and summer seasons making these positions ideal for students and teachers wishing to work during holiday periods.
Each tour is tailor made to the clients needs. The client will have agreed an itinerary for the duration of the tour and all concerts will have been booked and publicised in advance of their departure.
A Tour Manager’s duties include reconfirming concert arrangements and liaising with local venue organizers, booking any excursions required by the client in resort, carrying out on-the-spot publicity for concerts, interpreting and communicating the client’s needs at the accommodation and meal times. Discussing any changes to the itinerary with the coach driver(s) and accompanying the group on all concerts and excursions.
We are looking for friendly, confident staff that possess excellent organizational and communication skills to represent Club Europe in resort. You should be of smart appearance and be fluent in a European language. An interest in music would be an advantage.
