Club Europe is a full tour operating member of ABTA with full financial bonding and subject to the ABTA code of conduct. We have our own Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) no. 4249 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means that in any event all monies paid are fully protected at all times.

24 hour Emergency Service

While you are on tour our staff are available to deal with any problems or emergencies you may have. A 24-hour emergency contact number is provided, and a senior staff member of Club Europe is on duty day and night to assist in the event of an emergency.

Free Inspection Visits

If you book a group of 35 or more on a tour of minimum 4 days’ duration and wish to check your accommodation and area in advance then ask about our free inspection visits. We will be pleased to provide two nights’ free accommodation (bed and breakfast) for two people in a twin room at your chosen centre. This is available once deposits have been received. Please note that transport arrangements are not included.

Tour Planning

Day to day liaison is managed by your Tour Adviser who will look after your needs from your first enquiry until your departure. At the final planning stage of your itinerary our operations staff will also liaise with you to ensure that your programme is well planned and balanced, reflecting your needs and ensuring that you maximise your time whilst on tour.

Excursions and Entrance Fees

We send you comprehensive details of possible excursions in the area you are visiting. Please note that, in most cases, Club Europe acts only as an agent in pre-booking your preferred excursions, meaning that you contract directly with the excursion operator and payment is made directly by you on arrival at the attraction. Final Tour Pack

Three weeks before departure all Club Europe leaders receive a comprehensive information pack which includes your detailed itinerary, a Michelin Green Guide or similar, maps, resort details and details of advance reservations made for your group.

Mini-Brochures

This unique 4-page A5 mini-brochure contains all the vital facts plus anything you want to include in the way of information and is for distribution to parents to publicise the tour. Our mini-brochures make it easier for you to promote the tour and save you and the school staff valuable administration time.

Powerpoint Presentation for Parents

For all our major resorts we are happy to provide a tailored PowerPoint presentation containing digital images and specific information relating to your tour. Please ask your Tour Adviser.
