This thrilling park is a few kilometres from Poitiers. France’s most innovative learning experience, Futuroscope brings together the very latest advances in giant screen film, a massive 3D cinema and virtual reality simulator.
Part of the campus of the University of Poitiers, it offers in-depth support to British schools and colleges in the form of worksheets and study packs. The services of a guide/hostess are provided free of charge to all groups on the first day of their visit.
Suggested ItineraryThree day Futuroscope itineraryDay 1 - Depart school early morning. Evening arrive in Futuroscope. Day Two - Arrive Futuroscope in time for breakfast. Spend full day in the park. Evening meal in the hotel or restaurant, followed by laser show in the park. Overnight in hotel. Day Three -
Depart Futuroscope after breakfast for journey
home. Late afternoon channel crossing with Five day Paris and Futuroscope itineraryDay One - Early morning departure for late morning Channel crossing. Arrive Paris mid-afternoon. After dinner perhaps a river cruise or night tour of Paris. Day Two - Full day in Disneyland Resort Paris or full day in Paris (see page 9 for excursions). Return to hotel for evening meal. Day Three - am: Morning in Paris or visit Cité des Sciences. pm: Depart for Futuroscope arriving in time for evening meal. Day Four - Full day in Futuroscope. Evening meal in La Fiesta. After dinner walk to park for Laser show. (Check with Club Europe). Overnight in hotel. Day Five - Depart after breakfast for late afternoon Channel crossing and arrival back mid evening. |
