Our new cookery course on the Costa Brava will give your students the unique opportunity to learn new cooking skills and techniques and to see these in context in one of Spain’s most beautiful and interesting regions. On our course, students will visit a bakery and a chocolate factory, as well as shop at a local market in order to buy their ingredients for paella, which they will make during one of their tuition sessions.
We accommodate our groups in Tossa de Mar, a popular seaside resort with a historic, pedestrianised heart and a beautiful beach. We use 2 hotels here, the Hotel Novopark and the Park Hotel, both of which have 3 stars. The Park Hotel has a swimming pool, which residents of the Novopark can use, while all rooms in both hotels have private bathroom. Our hotels are located in the town centre.
