New York, the “Big Apple”, “the city that never sleeps “.. is now one of our new destinations for school groups. Whether you study Art; Fashion; Design; Business studies; New York is the right place to go. Your students will have an amazing experience once they there. From Central Park; Times Square, Broadway; Greenwich village, The United Nations; Wall Street; Ground Zero, The Statue of Liberty , the city offers a large range of activities for any type of group.
Accommodation
We are offering a wide range of accommodation all based in Manhattan either near Central Park or the Empire State Building. Hotels (room only) and Hostels are available to suit every budget and requirement.
Hotel Pennsylvannia:
Large hotel with an excellent location just opposite Madison Square Gardens and a few minutes walk to Times Square.
All rooms have private facilities- 2 double beds per room- 2 restaurants- Tourist Information.
Suggested ItineraryDay 1 - Flight to New York from UK. Transfer to hotel. Time to explore the city by night- Possibility to visit the Empire State Building in the evening Day 2 - 90 mins boat cruise around Hudson bay for a full view of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty; Brooklyn Bridge and Ellis Island. Free time in the afternoon for shopping in one of the most famous department stores Macy’s and stroll along 5th avenue. Possibility to see a Broadway show in the evening. Day 3 - Walk around the Finance District and discover Wall Street to finish by Ground Zero. Visit the United Nations. Possibility to do some shopping in the evening in Times Square. Day 4 - Visit the NBC studios at the Rockefeller Centre (possibility to go Ice Skating during Nov- Dec-Jan). Afternoon: Flight back to London. Day 5 - Morning arrival in UK |
