Introduce a group If you can recommend a colleague from another school to ski with us for the first time in 2011 then, on confirmation of their booking we will reward you with £100 credit. This will be credited onto your final invoice.
Inspection trips If you are trying one of our new resorts or maybe just a new house then what better way to familiarise yourself with the amenities and slopes than by visiting the resort itself! For 2011 we have 2 options for you to choose from. Option 1 – The Tailored visits You choose the dates, giving us a minimum of 3 months notice, organise your flights and we will then offer you and a colleague 2 nights B&B at your chosen accommodation centre plus we will throw in a 2 day lift pass and ski hire for FREE! (Based on us holding a confirmed booking of 40 or more passengers for 2011). This option is perfect for a weekend ski experience and we can normally help in getting you to and from the airport at a low cost. NEW - Option 2 - Shadow a group If you want to see how we operate then why not enjoy the full 9 day coach experience by accompanying one of our groups. The £199 cost of the trip covers your transport, full board accommodation, lift pass & ski hire. It is fully refundable on booking a group of 40 or more. As this is subject to availability contact one of our ski team to discuss this further.

Party Leader’s Family Concessions

We recognise you may have difficulty organising a ski trip if you have family commitments, so for 2011 we are pleased to offer concessions to the party leader’s immediate family.

Coach Tours with a minimum of 40 paying members

Leader’s Spouse at £450 and up to 2 leaders’ children (aged 2-16) at £400 per person.

Flight tours with a minimum of 40 paying members

Leader’s spouse at student rate.

For all tours:

Adult lift pass supplement applicable
Concessions are not included in the free place calculation
Children under 7 are not included in ski lessons

Loyalty Bonus

We will credit you with £50 for each trip taken in the last 3 years, up to a maximum of £150. (Assuming a minimum of 40 full paying students for each trip).

Multi-Tour Bonus If your school takes two tours (minimum 40 full paying students on a single decker coach for each trip of at least 4 days duration) with Club Europe in the same year, or if you have two coaches on the same tour (minimum 40 paying students per single decker coach), the discount for each group/coach will be £75.

Smaller Parties

Small parties can generally be accommodated at no extra charge, provided they are prepared to share a coach with others and are flexible with their choice of centre. For coach tours a minimum of 20 paying members is required to guarantee collection from school.

Free SCO Courses for all Party Leaders

Designed specifically for the new Party Leader this one-day course is accredited by Snowsports England and taught by one of their approved tutors. It will give you a valuable insight into running a ski trip and is a requirement by many LEAs. Club Europe are delighted to support this initiative by crediting the cost of the course off your final invoice. Limited to one place per school and on presentation of the course invoice.

Unique Promotional Mini-Brochures

When it comes to promoting your trip we offer our unique mini-brochure service. This allows parents to have a full itinerary and overview of what their children will be enjoying.

Parents’ Evenings

These allow our team to answer any relevant pre-tour questions. We have state of the art PowerPoint presentations to give your parents’ evening the professionalism you would expect. Should we be unable to attend in person, we can email the presentation to you.
