Free SCO courses for all Party Leaders Designed specifically for the new Party leader this one-day course is accredited by Snowsports England and taught by one of their approved tutors. It will give you a valuable insight into running a ski trip and is a requirement by many LEA’s. Club Europe are delighted to support this initiative by crediting up to £50 off your confirmation of booking invoice. Limited to one place per school and on presentation of the course invoice.

Party Leader’s Family Concessions

We recognise you may have difficulty organising a ski trip if you have family commitments, so for 2008 we are pleased to offer concessions to the party leader’s immediate family.

Coach Tours with a minimum of 40 paying members

** Leader’s Spouse at £400 and up to 2 leader’s children (aged 2-16) at £350 per person.

Flight tours with a minimum of 40 paying members

** Leader’s spouse at student rate. For all tours:-

Adult lift pass supplement applicable
Concessions are not included in the free place calculation
Children under 7 are not included in ski lessons

Loyalty Bonus

We will credit you with £50 for each trip taken in the last 3 years, up to a maximum of £150. (Assuming a minimum of 40 full paying students for each trip).

Multi-tour Bonus

If your school takes two tours (minimum 40 full paying students on a single decker coach for each trip of at least 4 days duration) with Club Europe in the same year, or if you have two coaches on the same tour (minimum 40 paying students per single decker coach), the discount for eachgroup/coach will be £75.

Smaller Parties

Small parties can generally be accommodated at no extra charge, provided they are prepared to share a coach with others and are flexible with their choice of centre. For coach tours a minimum of 20 paying members is required to guarantee collection from school.

Preview trips - including lift pass

If you need to preview a particular hotel or resort ahead of your 2008 ski trip, Club Europe is delighted to offer assistance. We recommend all preview trips take place between 15th – 24th December 2006. On the basis of a confirmed booking of 40 full paying students you will be entitled to 2 nights bed & breakfast in a twin room at or near your chosen accommodation centre. We will also provide a ski pass for 2 days and assist in providing subsidised ski hire equipment, which you pay for in resort. All you need to organise are flights and car hire for the stay.
