About Us - Club Europe in Resort

We have picked resorts that best suit school groups. These will enable your group to enjoy excellent skiing and superb après ski at an affordable price and in a safe environment. With a bi-lingual Rep for each group, plus a Director or senior Club Europe member of staff in each region during the main ski weeks, you can count on us to make your trip safe and great fun. Accommodation *** Star Rating

We have given all our centres a “Club Europe star rating”, which has been developed as a result of leaders’ comments and evaluation over the years. This is intended as a guide when selecting your centre.

Accommodation

We have longstanding contracts with many of our centres. All are used to catering for school groups and offer a high standard of accommodation and dining. The majority of our hotel and youth centres offer en suite facilities and in-house games rooms.

Last Day Room Retention

We pay our suppliers extra for you to retain your rooms up to the time of departure, with the exception of Hotel la Polsa. This allows you to enjoy your last few runs and relax before boarding your coach to the UK. Rooms are generally vacated prior to the last evening meal, thus allowing you to finish a full day’s skiing before returning to your rooms to shower and freshen up prior to departure.

Single Rooms

One single room is generally provided for a member of staff if the group breakdown necessitates this. If you specifically request any further single rooms, a supplement will be payable. Single rooms are subject to availability.

Special Diets

We recognise that some students may require special diets and we will ask you to provide us with these details 12 weeks before departure. Our centres are aware of these types of diet and will endeavour to provide nutritional and healthy alternatives to their main meals.
