Door To Door

Travelling by luxury coach gives you comfort, control and flexibility. Your coach will pick you up at school at a time to suit you and transport you down to resort overnight, to arrive early afternoon the following day. The coach is then at your disposal for the duration of your tour, provided the itinerary complies with EU regulations on driver’s hours.

Your Drivers

We only use drivers from reputable coach companies who are accustomed to driving abroad and in winter conditions. Every ski tour has two drivers assigned per vehicle.

Your Coach

Your coach will have luxury specification, be prepared for continental driving and be equipped with reclining seats, seatbelts, video/DVD, WC, heating and drinks machine. Capacity is generally 47/49 seats.

Coach Toilets

All vehicles have toilets on board, however we strongly recommend that these only be used in an emergency as their capacity is limited. Your drivers will make frequent stops en route to allow the group to stretch their legs and use toilet facilities.

Double decker and larger vehicles

We are pleased to have a limited number of high quality double decker vehicles available for larger groups. Due to their size we recommend them only for certain houses and these have been identified in the brochure. Please be aware that these vehicles carry a supplement that will be costed into your tour. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Luggage

To avoid any problems loading the coaches at school and fitting all the luggage on board, please ensure that all students pack only one small overnight bag for inside the coach and one soft, medium sized bag for the hold.

The Channel Crossing

We have been working with P&O Ferries and Sea France for many years now, as well as with Eurotunnel. This offers you a choice of Channel crossings. We recommend those groups from the north of England use the ferry as the 75 minute crossing can be a welcome break, a chance to have a hot meal and to prepare for the overnight journey to resort. The Eurotunnel crossing may incur an additional charge depending on date of travel

Flights

You may wish to fly to your destination rather than travel by coach. We will be happy to provide you with a special quotation, based upon your chosen resort and accommodation centre. Please contact us for further details.
