For all 2013 tours, the following early booking discounts apply:

Our generous discounts and reductions apply to all tours of 4 days or more with at least 35 full paying passengers on a single decker coach or 60 full paying passengers on a double decker coach.

Multi-Tour Reduction

If your school takes two tours with Club Europe in the same year (or takes two full coaches on the same tour) we will then credit each group/coach load with a £75 discount.

Loyalty Bonus

For party leaders who have travelled with Club Europe in the past three years, a credit of £50 per tour taken during this period, up to a maximum of £150 is given. This bonus is in addition to any other reductions offered.

Generous Concessions for Leaders

We recognise that party leaders can have difficulty organising their party due to family commitments; so we make it easy and affordable for you to take your family if you wish.

Coach Tours

Up to 2 of your children (2–16 years old) can travel at half student price and your partner at 50% of the student price plus any adult supplement. If you want a family room this can usually be arranged.

Air/Eurostar Tours

Leader’s children 10% reduction; leader’s partner travels at child rate.

Please note: Family concessions are limited to one spouse and two children per group with a minimum of 35 paying members on a single decker coach and do not contribute to the free ratio or minimum number requirements.

Free Staff Places

Coach tours are based on a 1:8 free place ratio and Eurostar and Air tours are on a 1:10 free place ratio. For coaches the free places are:
