'Your service to me as the trip leader and the organisation of the trip are second to none'

With our school ski trip season in full swing now, we’ve already had some glowing reports from our party leaders about their trips.

Here’s what Amy, a party leader from a school in London had to say about her school’s ski trip to the sunny Kühtai valley in Gries Im Sellrain.

“The resort is perfect. We have always been blessed with beautiful blue skies and snow sure slopes over the past five years we have been. Kühtai is a brilliant skiing resort for school ski trip groups. It is small enough not to have any kids go missing and but big enough for the advanced skiers not to get bored on the slopes.

“The accommodation is wonderful. The Grieserhof hotel is a lovely sole occupancy hotel that is perfect for our school group. The hotel staff are wonderfully caring and ensure that every child eats the food during the week.

“They also accommodate the fussy eaters of the group without complaint. The location of the hotel is perfect for our group as the hotel is a 20-minute drive by coach or the local ski bus. There is a brilliant button lift slope across from the hotel which is great for the first day when we find our ski legs.

“The quality of all five instructors was amazing. We had Alex and Eddie again which is always great to have teachers back who know the school and our kids. The other three instructors were amazing.

“Cath [their Account Manager] is there for us whenever I need her at the end of the phone. She is always a big support to me especially when problems crop up on the school’s end. She always tries to find a solution that is the best fit for the school.

“Even when I was on the trip, I had a few logistics to sort out which Cath helped me with instantly. She was at the end of the phone whenever I needed her and double checking that everything was going great. Which it did.

Amy summed up: “Your service to me as the trip leader and the organisation of the trip are second to none. Club Europe supports staff organising safe ski trips where the kids have the opportunity to progress tremendously during the week and have the time of their lives.”
