Q: What countries do you offer?

A: France, Italy and Austria.

Q: Do you offer air travel or is it just coach?

A: Yes, we offer both air and coach travel.

Q: How far in advance do we need to make a booking?

A: Most groups book 18 months to a year in advance, in order to get the best choice of accommodation and allow parents plenty of time to save up, but we always welcome late bookings.

Q: What's the free place ratio?

A: Our free place ratio is 1:8 or 1:7 for a group of 42 full paying students on a single-decker coach.

Q: Our group is quite small. Can we still travel with you?

A: Yes, we welcome groups of any size.

Q: How much is the 1st deposit?

A: £50 per paying place.

Q: When is the final payment due?

A: Ten weeks before departure.

Q: I'd like to take my wife and two children - do you offer concessionary rates for leaders family?

A: For leaders wishing to travel by coach with their family, we offer the leader’s spouse a place for £450 and up to two leader’s children (2-16 yrs) at £400 each. If travelling by air, the leader’s spouse can travel at the student rate.

Q: Can I see a ski trip in action or visit the resort before I book? Do you provide references?

A: We offer two types of inspection trip: either a tailored pre-visit or you can shadow a group as a preview to see how a trip works. We are more than happy to put you in touch with some of our happy clients.

Q: What safety measures are in place for your ski trips?

A: We have a comprehensive safety management system. Full details are on page 9 of our brochure.

Q: Are ski helmets compulsory?

A: Ski helmets are not compulsory in all resorts, however we have included helmet hire in our 2012 prices.

Q: What equipment do the children need to bring and what will be included?

A: Full ski and snowboard hire including helmets are included, however children need to provide their own clothing.

Q: Will our group have their own ski representative or will we have to share a resort rep?

A: You will have your own bilingual ski rep for the whole week. Their role is to coordinate your skiing arrangements and entertainment and to ensure your stay is enjoyable, safe and memorable. All our reps are carefully selected, fully trained and are on duty 24-hours a day should any emergency arise.

Q: How many hours of ski lessons are included?

A: Four hours of lessons are included, but you can pay a supplement to increase this to five hours.

Q; What happens if there isn't enough snow during our ski trip?

A: Snow Security: Snow cannons operate in all our resorts to assist satisfactory snow cover on the lower slopes. This means in many Austrian resorts, skiing is now possible from early December until late April making Easter skiing an attractive proposition. Snow Guarantee:
We will pay up to £30 per person per day towards additional costs of transport and lift pass if all the lifts in your resort are closed due to adverse weather conditions or lack of snow.

Q: What kind of evening entertainment can you offer for under 16s?

A: We offer a full evening entertainment package including ice skating, ice hockey tournaments, discos, movie nights, bowling, quizzes, indoor swimming and traditional evenings of food and culture.

Q: We'd like an all-inclusive package - do your trips include evening entertainment?

A: We are able to offer you an optional very cost-effective pre-paid excursion programme to suit you. The choice typically includes swimming, bowling, watching a local ice hockey match, a Tirolean evening, ice curling in addition to in-house activities.
