If your school has such a link, we will be happy to arrange sections of your trip that will be ‘own arrangement’ whilst you spend time with your partner school.
Depending on your budget, your group will normally be accommodated in centrally located 2/3 star hotels in the main cities.
We accept any group as long as they are used to performing together as an ensemble, even if only to their fellow students and parents. We always ask for a recent recording of your group and we have range of venues on offer that will welcome beginner groups as well as experienced ensembles.
We can send you mini-brochures to hand out at your rehearsals and a PowerPoint presentation for assemblies and parent’s meetings you may wish to hold. We also have a promotional poster to put up around your school, which you can download here. This will make it easier for you to get your students excited about your plans.
We have drawn up a comprehensive step-by-step Guide to planning a school music tour for first time tourers. This covers all aspects of tour planning from budgeting and fundraising, to choosing the right destination, accommodation and performing venues for your ensemble. Click here to read our Guide.
